Hornbill Professional Development (Pty) Ltd is a Botswana professional services firm working at the point where law, governance and day-to-day operations meet.
We were built around a straightforward observation: most compliance failures in Botswana organizations are not caused by bad intent. They are caused by good people who were never told clearly what the law required of them, working inside structures that were never designed to catch the gap.
Our work is to close that gap — through advice when a decision is imminent, through consultancy when something structural needs fixing, and through training when the answer is that your people need to know more than they currently do.
